Episode 1: Beyond the "Viviant" Scandal: When Elite Medical Journals Traded Science for "Inquisition"

Welcome back to Bakuro-cho. My recent analysis of the Viviant trial — and the "One Man" who corrupted the data — seems to have struck a chord with my international readers. Today, let’s go deeper into the rabbit hole of medical elitism. During the height of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, we witnessed something unprecedented. "First-rate" medical journals, which are supposed to be the guardians of objective truth, stopped being scientific. They became the high priests of a new Inquisition. ■ The Language of Contempt: Barbarians and Idiots If you chose to wait or declined the injection, these elite publications didn't just disagree with you. They insulted you. They used words that revealed their deep-seated arrogance: "Barbarians at the Gate": In various editorial nuances, skeptics were portrayed as "barbarians"— uneducated masses threatening the "civilized" world of public health. "The Uninformed Choice": While they rarely used the crude slang "idiot," they used clinical synonyms like "scientifically illiterate" or "irrational actors." "The Need to Educate": The recurring theme was "We must educate the public." In other words, "We are the enlightened ones, and you are the children who must be told what to do."
■ The Purpose of Incitement: Why Now? Today, the "emergency" has faded, yet the scars of the social divide remain. Why did these prestigious journals incite such hostility? As I discussed regarding the "Viviant" logic, these organizations function like domains seeking to expand their budget and authority. Inciting fear is the ultimate tool for "New Customer Acquisition." To maintain this narrative, they needed a common enemy—and a way to silence anyone who proved there was another way. ■ Preview of Episode 2: The "Sweden" Litmus Test To understand how far this "Inquisition" went, we must look at how the global elite reacted to Sweden. When Sweden refused to follow the script of lockdowns and mandates, they weren't just criticized; they were treated as dangerous outcasts—the "barbarians" who dared to stay sane while the rest of the world was in a frenzy. In the next episode, I will reveal how the "First-rate" journals and nations tried to crush the Swedish example to protect their own "Sales Narrative."
